Christine Frost, Executive Director

Ms. Frost,  of Warner, NH, has deep roots in rural Vermont, which continues to inform her perspective and approach to professional work. Christine holds a degree in Resource Economics from the University of Vermont and has completed numerous certifications and courses in economic development and regional planning. She has held leadership roles at organizations including the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI), the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and the Northern Border Regional Commission, a Federal-State partnership supporting economic and community development initiatives across northern Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. Additionally, Christine was Executive Director for both North Country Council and the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission (UVLSRPC), overseeing all programs and organizational operations for many years.

Morgan Loeffler, Associate Director

Brattleboro, VT

Morgan Loeffler joined the Stone Trust staff in January 2023 in the new role of Workshop Coordinator. She comes to us after working for Penn State University for the last five years as a research project coordinator. She brings her inquisitive research background to her role at the Stone Trust to focus on the needs and wants of workshop operations and participants.
