This one day workshop is open to all, but specifically geared to those planing to take their Level 1 or 2 tests. This workshop is conveniently timed for 2 weeks prior to The Stone Trust’s spring test day on May 11th. (Note: test registration is required by March 30th).
This workshop will be taught by Seth Harris, of Springfield VT. Seth is a DSWA Certified Level 2 waller, and certified instructor. He has served as the Test Site Coordinator at The Stone Trust and is well versed in what is needed to pass tests. In addition to stone work, Seth has many talents including fine woodworking, excavation, logging, and blacksmithing. He is the proprietor of Foxchair Mountain Craftsmen.
This workshop is open to everyone, but will include specific tips, instruction, and discussion for participants who are registered to take tests. This is also an ideal workshop if you are interested in someday becoming a certified waller. If you are looking for the opportunity for a pre-test like experience, but one where you can receive instruction along the way, this is definitely the best workshop for you to chose from our spring line up.
This workshop will follow the typically one day format, it is suited everyone from first time beginners up those planning to take their Level 2 test. One day workshops cost $240, and run 8:30am-4:30pm.
Licensed Landscape Architects can receive 7.5 LA CES credits for attending this workshop.
