Brian Post presents a workshop at the RINLA 2020 Winter Conference, “From the Ground Up,” January 29 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 801 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
Learn the principles of proper structure when working with dry stone construction. Building with natural stone to last – without mortar – is a craft with a wealth of history. A well built wall can last for 100’s of years while a poorly built one may last only a few months. Learn to tell the difference and build with long term strength in mind. A range of stone types and building styles, will be covered. Free standing walls, retaining walls, steps and flagging will be included.
