Split large stones with ease!
Each wedge is 5.75 inches long and 1″ wide. It tapers from a sharp blade to 1/2″ thick.
Insert wedges into existing natural cracks, kerfs made by saw-cuts, or cracks made with other tools. Tap the wedges in gently and watch the stone split. Use multiple wedges spaced out along the crack to evenly split the stone. Softer steel will bend in uneven cracks but can easily be straightened again. When you need these wedges, there is nothing else that will work half as well.
